Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bedlo mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") provided by Bedlo Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. ("Bedlo", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable GST regulations.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Service Description
Bedlo is a mobile-first property management system designed for Indian hotels, resorts, homestays, and similar accommodation providers. The Service includes:
- Room management and live status dashboard
- Guest check-in and check-out workflow
- ID document scanning and guest profile management
- GST-compliant billing and tax invoice generation
- In-stay service and food charge management
- Business analytics and revenue reporting
- Property and billing configuration
4. Subscription Plans & Pricing
- Starter (Free): Up to 5 rooms with core features.
- Professional (₹999/month): Up to 50 rooms with full features including GST billing, analytics, and WhatsApp sharing.
- Chain (Custom pricing): Unlimited rooms with multi-property dashboard and API access.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
5. Payment Terms
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected during signup.
- Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of paid features.
6. Your Responsibilities
As a user of Bedlo, you agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes related to property management.
- Ensure that guest data (including Aadhaar and identity information) is collected with proper consent from guests as required by Indian law.
- Maintain accurate billing records and comply with GST regulations applicable to your property.
- Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Not use the Service to transmit harmful, abusive, or unlawful content.
- Not share or resell access to your account.
7. Data Ownership
- Your Data: You retain ownership of all data you enter into Bedlo, including guest records, billing data, and property information.
- Data Export: You may export your data at any time using the download/export features provided in the Service.
- Our Rights: We may use anonymized, aggregated data for product improvement and analytics. This data will never identify individual properties or guests.
8. GST & Compliance Disclaimer
While Bedlo generates GST-compliant invoices based on the information you provide (GSTIN, tax rates, etc.), you are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of your GSTIN and tax registration details
- Filing GST returns with the appropriate authorities
- Maintaining records as required under the GST Act
- Any tax liabilities arising from your business operations
Bedlo is a billing tool and does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will notify users of planned downtime when possible.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, logo, and content, is the intellectual property of Bedlo Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:
- Bedlo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Bedlo in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect data entry by users.
12. Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
- Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days, after which it will be permanently deleted (except where legal retention is required).
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India. Before filing any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation or mediation.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
