• Property Data: Hotel name, address, GSTIN, room configurations, billing settings, and branding assets (logo) you provide during setup.
• Guest Data: Guest names, ID proof details (Aadhaar number, address), contact information, and stay details entered by you during check-in operations.
• Payment Information: Revenue and payment mode data (UPI/Cash/Card splits) processed through your property. We do not process or store guest payment card details.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Usage Data: App interaction data, features used, session duration, and crash reports.
• Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how users interact with our website. This may collect IP address, browser type, and browsing behavior.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• To process your early access or account registration requests
• To generate GST-compliant invoices and billing documents
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• To send you updates, product announcements, and marketing communications (with your consent)

• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

3. Guest Data Processing

You, as the property owner/operator, are the data controller for all guest data entered into Bedlo. We act as a data processor on your behalf. Guest data (including Aadhaar and identity details) is:

• Stored securely and encrypted at rest
• Accessible only to your authorized property staff
• Never sold, shared, or used for marketing by Bedlo
• Retained only for as long as your account is active or as required by Indian law

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• End-to-end encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.3)
• AES-256 encryption for data at rest
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Access controls and authentication mechanisms
• Secure cloud infrastructure with automatic backups

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only in these circumstances:

• Service Providers: Trusted third-party services that help us operate (cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics).
• Legal Requirements: When required by Indian law, government request, or to protect our legal rights.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets.

6. Cookies & Tracking
