Frequently asked questions

Is Bedlo free?

Yes, for a property with up to 5 units: every feature, free for as long as you like, no card needed. Above 5 units Bedlo is ₹999 a month per property (up to 50 units), and your account starts with a 30-day free trial.

Does Bedlo do GST billing?

Yes. Bedlo picks the GST slab from the room rate — exempt up to ₹1,000 a night, 5% up to ₹7,500, 18% above — and prints a tax invoice with the CGST/SGST split, your GSTIN and your logo, ready to share as a PDF. Not GST-registered? Switch tax off.

Which guest IDs can I scan?

Aadhaar, voter ID, driving licence and passport. Photograph the front and back and the name, ID number, date of birth, gender and address fill themselves. PAN is not accepted because it carries no address.

Can guests book directly with me?

Yes. Publish your own booking page at bedlo.app/stay/your-property. Guests choose dates and a room and pay the advance straight to your UPI ID — Bedlo never touches the money and takes no commission. You confirm the booking in the app.

Can my staff use Bedlo?

Yes. Invite people as Manager, Receptionist, Housekeeping or Viewer, separately for each property. Each role sees only what it needs: a receptionist never sees revenue, and housekeeping never sees guest details.

Does Bedlo work on iPhone or a computer?

Yes. Install the Android app from Google Play, or open web.bedlo.app in any browser — iPhone, laptop or desktop. It is the same account and the same data.
