Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Bedlo Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. ("Bedlo"), we want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are provided and how you can cancel your subscription.
1. Free Plan (Starter)
The Starter plan is free and does not involve any charges. No refund applies as no payment is collected. You may stop using the free plan at any time without any obligation.
2. Paid Subscriptions
2.1 Cancellation
- You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through the app or by contacting us at bedlo.ai@gmail.com.
- Upon cancellation, your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- After the billing period ends, your account will automatically downgrade to the free Starter plan.
- Your data will be preserved and accessible on the free plan (within Starter plan limits).
2.2 Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Within 7 Days: If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid subscription, you are eligible for a full refund — no questions asked.
- Service Issues: If the Service experiences significant downtime (more than 72 continuous hours) or a critical bug that prevents core functionality, you may request a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong plan), we will issue a full refund for the erroneous amount within 5-7 business days.
2.3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- After the 7-day window for standard cancellations
- Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described before purchase
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Partial months of service (subscriptions are billed for full billing cycles)
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at bedlo.ai@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your registered email address, property name, and reason for the refund.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the subscription.
- Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Plan Changes
- Upgrading: When you upgrade from Starter to Professional, you will be charged immediately for the new plan.
- Downgrading: When you downgrade from Professional to Starter, the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refund is provided for the remaining days.
6. Annual Subscriptions
If annual subscription plans are offered in the future:
- The 7-day full refund policy applies from the date of purchase.
- After 7 days, cancellation of annual plans will not result in a refund, but service will continue until the end of the annual period.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email.
